Add Launchers to XFCE Panel (Eskwela OS & Xubuntu 16.04)

In this Commix and More video, we are going to add icon launchers to the xfce panel. The xfce panel is used in Eskwela OS 4 as a bottom dock, where icons launch a specific program.

Eskwela OS 4 is a lightweight operating system based on Xubuntu 16.04 LTS. Xubuntu and Eskwela OS both use the Xfce Desktop Environment. Therefore, this tutorial is applicable to all Xfce based linux distribution.
