Customize Your Android with #myAndroid Taste Test (Android Tip)

Basically, you visit the site, either from your phone or on a computer. You're will then answer 22 questions without debating, but just reacting. Questions range from whether or not you like strong, vivid colors or round icons.
At the end of the questions, Google gives you three custom looks created based on your answers.
Scroll down to view each part -- you will have a suggested launcher or icon pack -- of the look, complete with links to install the respective apps on your Android phone. So far, the service has given me very good suggestions for my phone.
The only thing you have to do is to set up each launcher, wallpaper and assign your icons. (Which takes a little bit of fiddling)
